The Art Station
Located in the historic Bend Train Depot in the Old Mill District. The Art Station was created by Arts Central and is the only non-profit arts education center in Central Oregon to serve children and adults. Professional artists and arts educators teach classes in ceramics, painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, theatre, writing and more.
Mt. Bachelor Ski Education Foundation
All I, Trish, have to say is FANTASTIC! My son embarked on his first year with MBSEF after convincing me that he REALLY needed to join. I thought this silly, since he spent most of his free time at the mountain and I thought he was pretty good, but reluctantly, I agreed. His experience has been incredible! The quality instruction has He hits the slopes with a newfound confidence and has developed a passion for quality “mountain time”.

Bend Metro Parks and Recreation
Bend Parks and Rec summer camps and activities are true lifesavers for working parents. While they have much to offer year-round, parents line up hours before the doors open on summer activity “sign-up” day. From traditional team sports to exploring the great outdoors to arts and crafts to science camps. Bend Parks and Rec has it all.

Rock School of Bend
School owner, Gregory Horner knows how to rock! He was trained at MIT (Musician Institute of Technology) in Hollywood, CA and has taught private music lessons ever since specializing in Guitar, Bass and Drums. His bands have played in numerous venues on the West Coast. Following a dream, Gregory opened the Rock School of Bend in the fall of 2004. The Rock School of Bend offers private lessons, as well as, supervised bands where groups get to learn cover songs, write and compose their own music and learn music theory. Auditions are by appointment only. Open jam sessions are held every Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
