Munch & Music in Drake Park
From early July through early August, locals in masses turn out in Drake Park for Munch & Music. Grab a bite from one of 20 local food vendors, lay out your blanket and relax while taking in the eclectic sounds of musical artists from across the nation. While this is a fun family activity, singles will catch a first hand glimpse of the magic an active lifestyle in Central Oregon can play on one's body.

Munch & Movies in McKay Park
Fresh on the heels of Munch & Music, Munch & Movies begins and runs from Mid August through Mid September. Festivities begin at 5:30 with performances by local musicians. Food vendors serve up dinner and family friendly movies begin at dark. Parking is at a premium, so if you can, plan to walk.

Les Schwab Amphitheatre
The Bend Summer Concert Series at the Amphitheatre has brought such names as Coldplay, Jack Johnson, Jewel, Keith Urban, Chris Isaak, Lyle Lovett, Bob Dylan and Heart, just to name a few. Many locals set out canoes, rafts or tubes and float the river during concerts. This created quite a controversy at first, but the venue has now lightened up.

Free Summer Sunday's Concert Series kicks off in late May. A variety of local and regional musicians kick it OR help you kick back. Bring a picnic, your sunscreen and blankets for a relaxing Central Oregon afternoon.  

Cascade Festival of Music
Celebrating its 24th Season, the Cascade Festival of Music is the largest cultural musical event in Bend and Central Oregon. The 2008 Cascade Festival of Music will be held late August at Bend High School in Drake Park. The Grove Cantina
LOUD music and dancing every night. There is always live music or a DJ on Fridays and Saturdays, Interesting people, great time. thegrove411.net

Be-bop biscotti
This is not in the wrong category, believe it or not! Two jazz lovers that make great biscotti add up to this cozy little bakery/café. They have great jazz on Saturdays and Sundays 10 till noon. Have a great cup of organic coffee, some amazing biscotti and be-bop to live jazz!
